About Us
Our mission is our most valuable asset.
An experienced private equity firm with a core focus in multifamily and senior living communities, Silver Creek Equity is driven to achieve financial gain for its investor partners while limiting their risk through primarily new development investments. More than any property out there, we believe a mission like ours is one worth investing in.
Our Process
Our process and partnership
are a strong foundation for success.
From concept to completion, how we do business is built on the pillars of deep industry knowledge, critical vendor relationships, transparency and accountability. We are not a blind fund—when you invest with us, your money goes directly into the property you choose. Essentially, you own units of a project-specific limited liability company. In true partnership, we not only manage the project, we take on personal guarantees related to the financing. We share the risk with you and succeed together.
Identify
We use demographic and market-demand statistics to pinpoint markets that are primed for new multifamily communities.
Evaluate
In this critical step, access, convenience and visibility are among the traits considered in comparing potential project locations.
Finance
We only work with financial institutions that understand the complexities of our business while delivering best-in-market terms.
Partner
Specific to each project, we collaborate with architects, civil engineers and builders with a track record of success.
Our Team
Combined, our partners have
seen more than a century of success.
At the helm of our business is a well-rounded team of experts who understand partnership and know how to drive results. They are real estate developers, attorneys and finance professionals who have owned, operated and managed thousands of individual units from all housing sectors.
